Cancellations

Seal's Cove

This page explains how bookings work for activities at Seal’s Cove, including soft play sessions, climbing sessions and courses. Please read these terms before making a booking.

Soft Play Bookings

The Reef Soft Play

  • Soft play sessions run on 2.5-hour time slots.

  • Sessions must be booked and paid for online.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. We are unable to reserve places without payment.

  • Walk-ins may be permitted subject to availability.

  • Walk-in visitors will still be subject to the same session timeframes.

You may arrive at any time during your session, however we recommend arriving within the first 30 minutes to get the best value from your visit.

Climbing Bookings

Jurassic Ridge Climbing

  • Climbing sessions must be booked and paid for online.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • We are unable to reserve places or take payment on arrival.

We aim to ensure all sessions run as scheduled. However, if a session needs to be cancelled due to circumstances outside our control, we will contact customers as soon as possible to rearrange the session.

Bookings will be rescheduled subject to availability.

If an alternative date cannot be found, vouchers may be issued for the affected session.

Courses & Tuition

For climbing courses and tuition:

  • We are unable to offer refunds or date transfers once a course has started.

  • This includes term-time Dynos tuition, Learn to Climb courses, and other pre-booked courses.

Booking Amendments

Booking amendments may be made subject to availability.

  • Amendments must be requested at least 7 days before the date of your booking.

If less than 7 days’ notice is given, amendments may not be possible.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are only available when sufficient notice is provided.

  • 7 or more days before your booking: refunds may be issued.

  • 0–6 days before your booking: refunds cannot be processed.

This policy applies to all activity bookings unless otherwise stated.

Accidental Bookings

If you believe you have made a booking in error, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will always try to assist where we can, however standard cancellation terms will still apply.

Forced Closure

In the unlikely event that Seal’s Cove is forced to close due to circumstances outside our control, affected bookings will be contacted as soon as possible.

Where possible we will reschedule the booking for another date.

If an alternative date cannot be arranged, a voucher may be issued for the value of the booking.

Party Bookings

Party bookings operate under separate terms.

Please refer to our Party Terms & Conditions page for full details regarding party bookings, cancellations and postponements.

Viking Village Terms & Policies

Viking Village operates within the Seal’s Cove venue and hosts games, live music events, private parties and group bookings.

Activities, experiences and event bookings taking place in Viking Village are subject to Viking Village’s own terms and conditions, refund policy and privacy policy.
